We provide MPLS/VPN International capacity on both Satellite and Submarine.
Global Communication Management also provides a low-cost NOC (Network Operation Center) services for corporate customers and operators, where we monitor their network and services, proactively find the problem, fix it if we have access to the network or escalate it to the responsible person based on the agreed escalation procedures. Global Communication Management provides Service Level Agreements (SLA) on this service.
We provide outsourced NOC services to customers by project, by seat, by network element or service after agreeing with the customer on the service levels, response time, required reports and escalation procedures.
We have our technical know-how in Microsoft MCSE, Cisco CCNE & CCNP as well as IP tools to monitor and Audit IP networks. Whereas for Wireless networks we use WRAP tools to solve coverage and RF issues and also for Wireless Network optimization
